Arador bay Best boots I’ve ever worn they beat carhartt, Carolina, red wing, Irish setter and even the CAT boots. I’ve tried them all and these are it if you wear them 24/7 like I do. I even go out to dinner with these puppies on after a hard days work. USA made and you really do get what you pay for. They’re expensive for a reason and that reason is because they LAST. the laces could be a little more durable but I’ll just go to Walmart and buy new ones for god sakes. Yes, I recommend this product.

Awesome boot and a great company! I bought these last year when it was 3° out and the got me through the rest if the winter. When Spring came I worked all day in 3 inches of water and cane home with perfectly dry feet. They were to hot to wear through late spring and summer so I had to rough it through with uncomfortable sneakers and thin boots but when fall came back I called Chippewa looking to buy a pair of the original insoles since my old one smelled but the just sent me them for free! I really appreciate that in s company and am finally a Chippewa man for life! Yes, I recommend this product. |

Hellava Boot I've been wearing Chippewa Boots since about 7th Grade, I'm 54 now. In the early days I wore the 9" Logger but for about the past 25 years or so I've been wearing the 9" boot style they call Arador in either Apache or Briar leather and always Waterproof and Insulated. Great boot for the job site year round. Usually get about 5 or 6 years out of a pair before the sole is worn and they are not quite waterproof anymore. That's about 40-50 dollars a year for a damn good boot! I always recommend Chippewa! Yes, I recommend this product. |

Simply the best! These boots are phenomenally good, way better than any other brand I tried. Additionally, they look great under a pair of jeans when out and about. Normally I get blisters etc. when breaking in boots, but not with these, the inside is comfortable like a slipper. I clean them frequently and then handgrease them with either beeswax (summer) or nikwax (winter), and after two years they look spotless. Glad to have picked them up on a trip to Temecula; here in Europe they easily cost twice the price. Yes, I recommend this product. |

Tough beyond measure! I have wore many boots since I started logging at nineteen, but I have never found anything stronger, tougher, or more durable than this style. I run a cable skidder, so I am constantly running through heavy brush, mud, and over some of the most god forsaken country in West Virginia. They will last for one year of this abuse. The first thing to break is the stitching on the sides from being dragged through the brush. The best product to use on these boots to prevent drying out is to treat them with sno seal. It is ph neutral, and will not eat the stitching like mink oil. The laces wear out about the same time. Replace them with rhino laces. I've had those laces through five pairs of boots and they are just starting to fray. By far the toughest boot out there Yes, I recommend this product. |

Super loggers I bought a pair of steel toed 9.5's about 2 years ago. They could use to be a little longer.
So I figured non steel toed in a 9.5 would be wonderful.
I was wrong. They were a little short and pretty tight on the width too.
They returned them no problem.
So I guess I'll be ordering them in a 10.5 now. Yes, I recommend this product. |

Good but... I've been wearing these boots for almost a month now and I've enjoyed them, however I do have a few complaints. When I first started to wear them, they where extremely stiff and bruised my calfs and tore out the hair on my legs where the bruises were, but this has gotten better as they have been worked in. My problems may have come from the fact that I normally wear 8 inch boots and I'm not used to 9 inches, so I can't completely blame the company for this. Another thing that I have noticed is that there seems to be a fold in the stitching in the lining inside the boot at the toe that is bothering when you feel that walking around. The last thing I don't like is small, but the tongue on each boot folds over itself when lacing up on the right side, which isn't big issue, but it has always bothered me with my old boots and these ones as well. Other than that, the boots fit great (I ordered them a size too big to compensate for the insulation which I might have been a mistake, but they still fit very well), they are warm, have kept the water it if my boots, been scuffed up a little already, but that'll happen. They look very good and it's nice to have the best of the best, however I think that some of the issues I've had shouldn't exist, especially with the price. Yes, I recommend this product. |

Nice boots but worth the expense? I bought the Super Logger boot about a month ago. I have worn them daily and love them. They are comfortable and broke in quickly. However I bought the Super Logger hoping they would hold up longer due to a more sturdy construction...well the leather has already split in two spots. So although the boot is a nice boot...in terms of durability I don't know if the Super Logger boot is any better than the more affordable Chippewa options. No, I do not recommend this product. |

Very comfortable and supportive Needing a work boot to supoort my weaker ankles I find the boot to be very supportive. Very high quality and put together nicely. Just wish the boot laces were longer though to allow tucking my laces into the boot so they don't snag in the brush. Breaking them in is a minimal time frame as well. Wore them 2-3 days and they are ready to go. I experienced no blisters or rubbed spots on my feet. Leather is very soft and looks great. Bought them in winter so Im testing out the waterproofing. Unlike most boots Ive had these boots do not make my arches ache when I'm standing for prolonged periods of time. Yes, I recommend this product. |

best boots I have owned These are the best boots I have owned by far. I recommend them to all of my friends who don't have them, all of my other friends and people who I went to school with had these same boots and swear by them. they last, very strong well made boot, very comfortable too. My only complaint is that the steel toe does get pretty cold after a while and that after about a year the waterproofing isn't that good either, also one more thing I am unhappy about is that the American flag broke off and was hanging by the lace and I noticed the thickness of the flag has changed compared to my dads older pair of these boots, not that big of a deal. I wear these boots every day; from landscaping, working on my friends farm or snow plowing, to hanging out with friends and going to catch a movie. my dad currently has 2 pairs of these boots, I have 1 pair and look forward to buying my second pair next fall. I highly recommend maintaining the boot: cleaning them, polishing, leather care, burning down fraying strands of thread, etc. this will greatly improve the longevity of your boots, I bought my pair 2 years ago and they look like there only a few weeks old. these boots do run big, I am usually a size 13 in all my other boots and shoes but in these I am a size 10.5. These boots are the best boots my family and friends have come across and not just because of the fact that there made in the USA, but because they use good, strong materials to make them. i recommend these boots to anyone looking for a good work boot. Yes, I recommend this product. |
