Shipping Delays

The current increased demand on shipping carriers nationwide continues to impact package delivery schedules, resulting in order delays. Please know it may take longer than normal for you to receive your shipping confirmation email, and we are working to ship your order to you as soon as possible.

What is the status of my order?

Your order should ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day. Transit time begins the day after leaving our facility.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The email will allow you to click on a link to the shipping provider website and track your order.
You may also check your order status on our Order Status page or from My Account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Therefore we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free standard shipping (for orders over $99) and free returns (within 30 days) on all orders placed on ChippewaBoots.com and shipping to an address within the United States.

U.S. Shipping Rates Are: All are per pair or item.

Accessories & Apparel

  • Ground $2.50 (on orders under $99)

PO Box orders, AA, AE, AP, AK, HI orders and orders with only accessories will ship USPS ground (no upgrade) with the above rates.

Do you charge sales tax?

The applicable state and local taxes to be charged to your credit card for your online order will be calculated prior to order confirmation during the Checkout process. If you modify your shipping address after taxes have been calculated, your taxes will be adjusted accordingly.

How does a steel toe compare to a composite toe boot?

The composite toe will be lighter in weight while maintaining the requirements of a steel toed boot.

What size boots should I order?

We recommend ordering your normal shoe size (not an athletic shoe).

Product Warranty

What is the warranty for my boots?

Justin Boot warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty runs to and is valid only for the first purchaser.

Variations of coloring or shading or other deviations caused by the inherent nature of using natural materials in the manufacturing process are not considered defects.

Wear and fit issues are also not considered defects. Chippewa Boots has no liability for and this limited warranty does not cover improper sizing or fit once a product has been worn.

We do not warrant soles against wear, nor will we consider a claim when a boot is altered, misused or abused in any way.

Promotional Code Usage

Promotions are special offers that we make to new and current customers. They may provide a discount on merchandise or a gift with purchase over a specific order value.

Before using any promotion, be sure to check our terms and conditions for specific guidelines and restrictions.

Limited one (1) time use per coupon/ discount code per customer. Discounts will be applied if applicable once code is entered into our "Coupon/ Promo Code" box at checkout.
