Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great work boot I have been on a construction site for the last 5 1/2 years and had 2 pairs of these boots during that time. They stood up to everything the site could throw at them. The first pair lasted 2 1/2 years under tough conditions of rebar, hard granite, water, mud, etc. The second pair lasted the rest of the job and I am about to get a third pair. I tried a different brand of boot between the first and second pair that was supposed to be similar but they didn't even last 7 months and started letting water in so I went back to these. They are a great boot. You might want to swap in new insoles after a while but other than that the boots hold up very well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wet feet I'm putting poor on this review, but I'm really not sure if I received defective boots or if the policy of return is incredibly poor. I bought a pair of these boots at Boot Barn in August. In September I realized they were leaking at the outside of the left boot. (Keep in mind, this is Montana and Winter is entering quickly) I went to the store to see about an exchange, and was informed through Chippewa that I would have to ship them, for inspection and it would be 4-6 weeks. I'm certain that anyone who uses these work boots to make a living understands how crazy this sounds. (If I wanted to spend that much time and effort to work in wet feet, I could've ordered boots online through Walmart) I certainly wish Chippewa had lived up to there name.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sold. Bought these boots last year in the middle of winter (3' snow cover and about 10-20 degree average), The boots paid for themselves the first week of wear. 50 plus hours that week as a natural gas utility foreman on my feet , in wet muddy ditches and walking / moving constantly with zero fatigue or wet / cold feet. First pair of insulated Chippewa work boots and I could not be more impressed. Mink oiled them and put them away for the warmer months. Ready to break em out again when the weather cooperates.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these boots!!! I originally bought a pair of these boots and for three years put them through digging ditches, heavy equipment and ranching through sunshine, rain, mud, and snow. I'm seriously excited for this new pair, I already want an extra set for back up. These boots last for the working guy who's hard on boots and they're comfortable!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything I need The boots are amazing except for the left boot it feels as if the arch of the boot has collapsed I didn't feel it until about week of wearing them I've tried a few different after market insoles and haven't been able to fix the problem not sure if it's my foot or boot

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap leather I had this same boot before and loved it but I recently bought another pair and had a hole in the toe within 2 weeks. I even purchased some brush on toe protection and still have holes, the leather is way to soft or something

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best boots I have ever had I have had 2 pairs of these boots. First ones lasted 2 1/2 years I welded everyday. This pair I have had 5 years and are cut up some (my fault) but still great boots. Looking to buy another pair.
